The Importance Of Leadership

Over the years, I have encountered exceptional leaders whose wisdom and guidance have enriched my understanding. Whether I reported directly to them or had the pleasure of watching them lead their teams, I tried to absorb every fragment of knowledge possible. 

On the opposite side, for every exceptional leadership encounter I embraced, I also faced numerous challenging ones. Through these experiences, I gained precise clarity on the qualities of leadership I aspire to embody, as well as those I know I want to distance myself from.

My Personal Growth

My experience in leading diverse teams within the realm of luxury hospitality and premium spa product sales has truly been a privilege. I have worked with and have been trained by some of the best!  I will tell you that titles and salaries were once such a huge focus for me. However, as I delved deeper into my passions, I discovered that true fulfillment lies in pursuing what truly brings joy and purpose. I have come to realize every single person has the ability to lead regardless of their title! Leadership is caring about another human and helping them- that’s it!  If you are not helping, you are not leading.
